Refund policy
We are happy to provide a refund if something has gone seriously wrong. However, we do not offer refunds if you forgot to cancel or pause your subscription, or if you are dissatisfied with an order. We don't require contracts, so you can cancel anytime (as long as it's before noon on Wednesday the week prior). However, we would appreciate it if you could give us a call first at 0451 181 111 to discuss any issues and see if we can resolve them for you.
NuChef does not offer refunds on purchased gift cards. Gift cards are treated like cash; therefore, if they are lost or stolen, they are non-refundable. If a customer uses a gift card to place an order and there is an issue with the products, we will refund the amount back to the gift card. For any questions, please contact us at info@nuchef.com.au.
