Cooking Instructions
1. If fresh, heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH. Let the meal stand for 1 minute, remove film, and stir well for even heat distribution.
2. If frozen, first defrost and then heat as above.
3. Reheat longer if required. Enjoy!
Storage
Keep refrigerated, store at 5 C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze within use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze.
